Ink Bee הוא סטודיו לקעקועים ופירסינג בעוזיאל 57, רמת גן, המופעל על ידי Dani Bar - Ink Bee ("אנחנו"). המדיניות הזו מסבירה איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים כשאתם משאירים לנו פרטים, למשל בטופס הרשמה באינסטגרם או בפייסבוק, בטופס Google או בוואטסאפ, ומה אנחנו עושים איתו.
איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
- שם מלא ומספר טלפון.
- התשובות שלכם בטופס, למשל אם אתם חושבים לעשות קעקוע ורעיון לקעקוע, אם סיפרתם לנו.
- אם סימנתם הסכמה לקבל מאיתנו הודעות בוואטסאפ.
אנחנו לא מבקשים מידע רגיש, כמו מידע רפואי או אמצעי תשלום, דרך הטפסים האלה.
למה אנחנו משתמשים בו
- כדי לנהל את רשימת המגיעים לאירועים שלנו ולתת את ההטבה שהובטחה בטופס (למשל הנחה על קעקוע בערב האירוע).
- כדי לחזור אליכם בטלפון לגבי קעקוע או פירסינג שהתעניינתם בו.
- כדי לשלוח לכם הודעות בוואטסאפ (תזכורות, עדכונים והצעות) רק אם סימנתם הסכמה לכך. אפשר לבטל בכל רגע: פשוט כתבו לנו "הסר".
עם מי המידע משותף
אנחנו לא מוכרים ולא משכירים מידע אישי. המידע נגיש רק לצוות הסטודיו, ונשמר אצל ספקים שאנחנו משתמשים בהם לצורך זה בלבד: Meta (פייסבוק, אינסטגרם ו-WhatsApp) ו-Google (טפסים וגיליונות). לספקים האלה יש מדיניות פרטיות משלהם. נמסור מידע לרשויות רק אם החוק מחייב זאת.
כמה זמן אנחנו שומרים אותו
עד 24 חודשים מהפעם האחרונה שהיינו בקשר, או פחות אם תבקשו שנמחק אותו.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתם יכולים לבקש לעיין במידע שלכם, לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו, ולבטל הסכמה לקבלת הודעות. שלחו בקשה ל-danibar.tattoo@gmail.com ונטפל בה תוך 30 יום.
אבטחה
המידע נשמר בחשבונות מוגנים בסיסמה ובאימות דו-שלבי, והגישה אליו מוגבלת לצוות הסטודיו.
גיל
הטפסים והאירועים שלנו מיועדים לבני 18 ומעלה. אנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים.
שינויים
אם נעדכן את המדיניות, הגרסה החדשה תופיע בעמוד הזה עם תאריך העדכון.

Privacy policy

Ink Bee is a tattoo and piercing studio at Uziel 57, Ramat Gan, Israel, operated by Dani Bar - Ink Bee ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you leave us your details, for example in a sign-up form on Instagram or Facebook, a Google form or on WhatsApp, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your full name and phone number.
- Your answers in the form, such as whether you're thinking of getting a tattoo and any tattoo idea you share.
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing to get WhatsApp messages from us.
We don't ask for sensitive information, such as health or payment details, in these forms.
Why we use it
- To manage the guest list for our events and give you the perk promised in the form (for example, a tattoo discount on the night).
- To call you back about a tattoo or piercing you were interested in.
- To send you WhatsApp messages (reminders, news and offers) only if you ticked the consent box. You can opt out any time: just message us "STOP".
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent personal information. Only the studio team can see it, and it's stored with the services we use for this purpose only: Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) and Google (Forms and Sheets). Those services have their own privacy policies. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from our last contact with you, or less if you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent to messages. Email danibar.tattoo@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Security
Your information is kept in accounts protected by passwords and two-factor authentication, and only the studio team can access it.
Age
Our forms and events are for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will appear on this page with its date.
